Stationary Gas-Fired Heater Module HGM
This industrial-grade heater module seamlessly converts an existing cold-water pressure washer into a high-performance hot-water cleaning unit. It is fueled by natural gas or propane (vapor only), delivering up to 3500 PSI and 6.0 GPM of heated pressure washing capability—perfect for scrubbing heavy soils and sanitizing surfaces.
Designed on a rugged powder-coated steel frame with forklift-accessible base, this stationary module features a vertical Schedule 80 coil heat exchanger and a 24 V control system. An included 12-foot jumper hose with quick-connect fittings allows simple attachment to most west-coast cold-water washers.
Highly efficient, it achieves up to 338,000 BTU/hour on natural gas or 326,500 BTU/hour on propane, and heats output water to a maximum of 250 °F (with a 150 °F rise at 4 GPM). ETL certified for U.S. and Canadian safety standards, this module includes GFCI-protected electrical, adjustable thermostat control, and optional upgrades like stainless-steel coil wrap or multi-voltage compatibility.
